This one was a challenge for me.
The vivid color pop was the easiest element as that was simply post processing, but I wanted more than just elements thrown together. I wanted emotion tied in.
I love the endless possibilities that exist with the Iron Photographer projects. Creativity thrives!

Even though it’s early, I am really looking forward to welcoming this baby into the world. I’m ready to -not- be pregnant any more… and even -more- ready to be taking photos undaunted by this huge belly!

The plates were cleaned this morning.
I made -special- pancakes.
Sneaky, I was.
I made the pancakes with pureed cauliflower and mixed in some oat bran too…
Topped them off with a little bit of lite syrup and a few chocolate sprinkles.
Sided with orange slices.
My kids LOVED it and weren’t any the wiser.
My husband, who snuck a bite off the eldest’s plate, was mortified and asked that I never let him eat another bite of that as long as he lives. And because of the sprinkles, he called them ‘mice pancakes’… ahem. ew.
I’m just happy the kids loved them… gotta sneak in the health food somehow!
